A: Dark circles around the eyes are usually due to vascular congestion and /or pigment. Vitamin K creams can help reduce the congested vessels. Skin bleaching agents with retinol can help address the altered pigment. However, these products must be used very carefully not to irritate the sensitive skin around the eyes. Another option is using Intense Pulsed Light treatments to lighten the area.
